  1. IndieGoGo Campaign:

I need help with running my indiegogo campaign. It's been more then a week already, with so far no contributions, so I need some simple promotion for my game, such as sharing the project in your

RMW signature, or shoutout the campaign on your facebook or twitter. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Story:

In a small town near the Capitol of Bandrumm, lived a upbeat happy young teenager, about to reach his sweet 16. Living near the capitol, there was plenty of food, and clean water. Little did he know, that down south of the Kingdom of Bandrumm, was a city suffering from poverty. On the kingdom holiday, a couple days from Loyd's 16th birthday, the rival Kingdom Garvoth attacked, causing the city Athedel, to signal a red alert, alarming everyone celebrating in the capitol and beyond! What would happen next?

    .

    Reward:

Will be discussed after funding has ended.

  2. BUMP!
  3. Before asking for help with promotion, look a little more inward as to why you're not getting contributions.

At a quick glance, I have this to offer:

Gameplay Video or Trailer - this is a must.

Page Content - Very brief. An RPG's core feature is the story that you're trying to get across, and THIS is what backers will be looking for on your campaign page.

Funding Description - A more in-depth analysis of what you need the money for. Why do you need an artist? What kind of artist? "Money for hiring artists OR composers" ?? Decide.

    "Note:

I, as the developer, will try my best to finish this project and publish to the market. This project is just for fun and learning experiences."

Stop acting like you're entitled to this money, and show people what they stand to gain by backing your project. You'll try your best to finish the project? Seriously?

Thank you for your helpful advice. I now have the "Note" removed and added a better description for funding purposes.

Said it perfectly, not every RPG maker game should or needs to be crowd funded.

Now for my part I would say really take a look at your mapping, some of the windows look like they are going through the roofs, the other maps just look very bare bones so no time was really spent making them. There are MANY tutorials on this site that will help you with mapping and everything else to make a better game.Your asking for help when the help is right here.

Thanks for pointing that map error out, I replaced it. I will work on improving my mapping, and view the tutorials. As for asking help that is help is right here, I don't get what you mean by that. I am asking help for social media promotion, and the reason I posted the thread here is because this is where help is, project recruitment right? Haha.
  7. Asking for help is good, helping yourself to all the wonderful knowledge here is even better, that's what I meant. But I am happy you fixed that.

Ah, alright, that's what you meant. :)
