Jet's Skill Self Effects script not working fine for me.

I applied the fixed version of this script, the one that doesn't throw the error anymore and it seems to work fine, but after the effect applied wears off, I use the same skill again and it won't apply the effect until I use it yet one more time.

Is anyone else having this issue?
