  1. I was wondering what's the proccess and how it would be done to make your own animated battlers for use with battle symphony and holder animated battlers scripts with RPG maker vx ace. I have game character hub and paint.net at my disposal tool wise :)
  2. Of course It's possible, but without a doubt very tough. You could use Holder's sheets as a reference and try it out :)

You need to be very skilled in pixel art though, that's for sure :)

And oh, makre sure to use a grid.

    Good luck!
  3. Basically you need one of the existing holder battlers as a template where in the sheet the actor/enemy looks into which direction, uses a weapon or whatever.

Then inside this template, you replace every single picture with a picture of the battler you want.

Game character hub has no template for holder - you could make one, but it would be a lot of work and if you only want to do a few battlers it'll be faster to use an image program to make those pictures.
  4. thanks guys appreciate the helpful answers! So what program would be a good one for pixel art? Does game character hub have that ability?
  5. Paint.net

I advise if you want cool custom character to check at Enu character type they are pretty awesome and fluid~

(sadly enu character are only usable in is script who named tankentai)
  6. You might find GIMP better, as it handles layers easily.  I believe a lot of people use GraphicsGale, of which there is a free version, but I haven't tried it myself so can't do a comparison.
  7. I would suggest GIMP too, But I'm pretty sure Paint.net would work as well. If you are more used to it as well, and knows how to set up grids and work with layers then I guess you should stick to it :)
