I bought a parallax background from the Unity Asset Store to use in commercial game being developed in RPG Maker MV. I read through Unity's store terms and it says any assets purchased can be used in game creation, but does not specify if it has to be made inside the Unity engine or not. Naturally I'll keep digging on that front to avoid getting into trouble, but what is the stance with RPG Maker being able to use the assets I purchased? I know using RPG Maker assets in unity is illegal, but what about the other way around and that it was from the unity store? Thanks

They'll have specific terms if they can only be used in Unity, Smile etc.

Resources bought in unity assets store can be used anywhere for a commercial or non-commercial use. Even in rpg maker.

Thanks guys. I wouldn't see the problem on RPG Maker's end, but wanted to make sure.
