InvalidStateError when attempting to Play Test

Hello, I recently installed RPG Maker MV v1.6.1 through Steam. When I create a new project, even a test project, the game fails to play test instead displaying a message that reads; InvalidStateError Failed to execute 'drawImage' on 'CanvasRenderingContext2D': The HTMLImageElement provided is in the 'broken' state.I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Does anyone know how to correct this? -Noah

These are issues regarding graphics rendering. So either lack of hardware/software support or just a random error that would disappear upon next playthrough. That sometimes happens too.
