I can't find how to make a conditional branch and have it check an enemy's HP. I want a state to be inflicted after said enemy's HP falls below 20%. Do I need a script to do that or am I just simply not seeing it?
Inflict state after enemy hp is below 20%?

You don't need a script. Go into your database and go to the troop who has the enemy you want this to be afflicted on. You can set the condition to have the state take effect when the enemy's HP drops there, and set the span for Battle.
