In need of pause

Hello dear people

I know is not the best things

well...

for be more simple I need a good pause of all..

since a moment I had  a lot of shock event in my IRL who made me well felt like ....really sad , angry, anxious and everything's

I rassure people who speak with me i am not in a depression I just ...need a pause need to refocus myself and stay aways 

for admit it is like almost one month I ''play'' the game i am happy and nothing happened to me I have the perfect life and everythings but for admit....

I have reach the top of my stress limit and the fact now I don't sleep well a lot of time but now I can pass like 2 or 3 day without any sleep and for only crush ..dark idea...

so in fact for keeping my health I will take a break and only concentrate a litte on my study.

so I will apreciate your comprension for everyone for me to take a little break...

but don't worry I will be back in couple of week I think! 

so...people take care of yourself and we will resaw soon don't worry this all temporary D:
