Implement Paypal Donation Button

Hi there,

I'm working on a small project which will downloadable for free and wanted to integrate a Paypal Donation Button in the Main Menu for those generous souls appreciating the game.

Is ist possible?

And if yes: How can I do that?

The only thing you can do is implement a weblink into the title menu, and even that requires a script from the master script list.


But on that website, you can place anything you want, including a donation button.


However, be adviced that some of the scripters consider the existance of a donation button even on a free game enough to require a commercial licence of their scripts. You need to check the terms-of-service for every script and resource you used to see if you need to purchase a commercial licence of them when you're getting money by donations.

pst, be careful as donations could easily count your game as a 'commercial' one because you're getting money.

Thanks everyone! About the commercial aspect: Yeah, I will definitely have a close look at the terms of services.

If you can implemented a web-link in the menu, you could then make it look like a paypal donation button and when players select it, it would go directly to the paypal donation page.
