Image speech balloons above characters heads?

Is there a way for characters to display images as a speech balloons? I know there is a plugin that displays text above characters, but is there a way to display different images instead? Kind of like Balloons that are already in the game, but bigger and more than just a few that you can have as balloons right now.

You could try Mog's Picture Effects plugin https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com/rmv-picture-effects/
You can make pictures appear above of characters or other events as well like in their demo, just have to add the tiny speech bubble tail on the actual image.
