It sounds similar to the first sound effect from this video:

Specifically, it's the sound effect that one would hear in a game when a character steps on a metal ladder, the kind that usually is fixed to the wall. I cannot currently think of any game where I've heard the sound effect.

Have you tried looking through http://www.freesound.org/?

I get a lot of my sound effects from there.

They only have aluminum ladder sounds, from what I could find.

I think this may be the sound you're looking for, but I don't have for sures!

If you can't find the sound effect, I can always buy it for you from the person on youtube as they have a link to buy the sound effect for $1!
