Somewhere along the Atlantic Coast.  PREFERABLY the Outer Banks of North Carolina, even though it's being bombarded by a hurricane right now.

There's a quote from a certain religion, "when they walk out on to the land and look up at the moon or stars, or smell the coming rain on the wind they feel in the fabric of their beings that they are a part of the family of life, that they are ‘home’, and that they are not alone." That is exactly how I feel about the Outer Banks. I have never been so at peace as the times I am there-even when that storm blew the fishing boat I was working on WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY off course-despite being in a life-or-death situation, I was at peace, I was at HOME.

And I miss that. I miss the salt in the air, the wind on my face. I miss the feel of the ocean tides around me. I miss looking out a window and seeing the glory of the Atlantic, in all her majesty.

"One day," I tell myself. But I know that apart from a few weeks or months at a time, I will never get to live there, not at this stage in my life. Eventually. Eventually...

Get me to a beach (not a lake) where it's not ridiculously warm, the water's blue as blue can be, and I'm happy. I tell you, moving from an island to slap bang in the middle of the States was pretty silly.

Right here on my couch. I'm sure I'd like to travel. But right about now, after working on my feet all day. Right here on the couch with a cold drink is flippin' incredible.

Tiongkok, i love the great wall, and dynasty thing.. Or, maybe at Eichiro Oda's house, or Yoshihiro Togashi's house in Japan, so i can look how the creation of fenomenal manga created by them..

Belgium, I want some nice food for a change~ :D

Why thinking about being in another place when I feel so damn good and comfortable in my house? :D
