Probably something like this:

Name: (Name of song)

Description: (What the song is about or where it is set)

Instruments: (Which instruments will be used)

Length: (Long, Medium, Short)

Guess that's about it.

Maybe a general genre? Different types of music have a different type of sound like country,rap,jazz,metal,rock,dubstep
