search for steam key on the forum, there is a topic for exactly that.

However, I don't know if the offer is currently possible - it depends on key availablility...

How would i contact Enterbrain and let them know i have a legit version and want a steam key?

Everything is explained in that topic, especially that the steam version has nothing to do with enterbrain and who to contact instead. Just search for it and read it.
