i think thats using the luna engine

you can find an script that allows u to use busts instead of faces, as far as the naming thing i do believe thats the luna engine you can buy it in the store tab

or when u got to write text just type the name first

^ I was going to put some scripts but he placed them first lol and yes, there are plenty of scripts by different people that can do them :) (if you find one inconvenient or incompatible, you can search same thing with other person that made it)
