I need help

I need some help. I'm looking for 2 mounts that I need for my story. I need a black horned Pegasus (the more demonic the better), and I also need a griffin mount. I can't find a single horned Pegasus design that isn't a my little pony design, and surprisingly I can't find a griffin mount. One of my villains rides the Pegasus and it is a plot point. For the griffin, a member of my party rides it and it's a major part of her character. Please help.

It would help artists a lot if you showed some images of what you want the mount to look like and what kind of style your sprites are in. :)

This one is nearly perfect. It lacks the horn, but that should be easy to figure out a design for. If we can have some purely red eyes, than this is even better.

I need the horn. It's adds a surprisingly dark turn later on.

If possible, can we have the Pegasus walking, not flying.  I know it sounds pointless, but it makes a huge difference for the animations.
