I need a map for the Pokémon fan game that I'm making, anything map that you think is good enough I can use that to make the game with. The good thing about maps is that ALMOST any type of game can work, but the imagination of making one is needed and I'm lacking it.

Please don't use red in your messages, as that is meant for moderator use only. You also should include more details on what you want the map to look like, because right now just suggesting that you use one of the default maps would technically fulfill your request. Knowing the basic size, location (inside? outside? world map?), and general type (like forest or town) you're looking for would make it a lot easier for someone to be able to help you.

then start with the sample maps included in the game (right-click and load in the map tree), and start learning how to train your imagination.
you won't get any game ever finished if you don't have any imagination, so you need to learn and train that. -
There are plenty of maps on Spriter's Resource from all the Pokémon games, from Gen 1 right up to Gen 5, that you can use for reference (reference only, NOT to be placed into your game as-is) and find out for yourself what a good Pokémon map looks like. No-one here started off with an intrinsic idea of how to map well, we learned it by studying the maps in the games that we liked and teaching ourselves how the professionals put them together so we can do the same ourselves. If you take the time to hunker down and look at and learn from the resources available to you, you WILL learn, but if you admit defeat before even trying then you'll never progress. You're presumably on here because you do have ideas, so don't say you're not imaginative because it's patently untrue, just as it's untrue for everyone else on the forums. You have an imagination, so train it, feed it with knowledge and most importantly don't be afraid to make bad maps or bad games as part of the learning process, and it'll develop into what you need it to be.

Huh, ok. RPG maps are too standard and I don't want Rpg maps. Like I said, I lack imagination on that. There'll be caves, 2 labs, messed up buildings due to lack of care. Everything else will depend on the map I have. -
I didn't say I don't have an imagination, I guess it was pointless asking.then start with the sample maps included in the game (right-click and load in the map tree), and start learning how to train your imagination.

It sounds from your later posts that you need more than one (or two) map(s). If that's true, you're better of recruiting a mapper in Project Recruitment (remember to read the guidelines before posting). -
