Probably, but there's not quite enough information to know what it is you're looking for. What type of shrine are you wanting? What do you mean by seasonal exterior? Is there an art style you're trying to match, like perhaps the RTP? Have you checked out the Samurai art pack?

This is a fall set, but really the shrine itself is unchanged - what changes is just the grass and trees, right?
