  1. I know it's possible to have creature battler's the same dimensions as your character's sprites but i was wondering if anyone would be willing to show me how?  Or if i could pay someone to make lots of good quality ones for me. Please and thank you!
  2. Export the Graphic, use any Image editor to re-size it, import the graphic back in.

Or if you want actual sprite battlers export a sprite, use any image editor to cut out or crop the cell you want, then import the sprite into the battlers.
  3. Yeah, battlers have no specific requirements when it comes to size.
  4. Well, not "ANY" image editor. MS Paint will remove the background transparency so the battler would be on a large white square instead of the "battleback". Most would work though.
  5. I didn't think about that when I said "ANY" lol I barely count it as one in the first place
  6. Ok thank you guys :) and ya paint is pointless for just about anything
  7. One more info:

What the others talked about above was how to make regular battlers in the size of sprites - that is no animations, not moves, just one picture.

What you might have seen used in battlescreens are real sprites (including their animations), especially if you've seen a side-view battle.

For those, you'll need scripts to change the battlesystem to use regular sprites to replace the battlers used by default.

That is something entirely else - so if simply replacing the battler pictures with smaller pictures doesn't create what you want, you have to start checking scripts - but scripts are more complex, you shouldn't do that for your first game.
