Are you making sure that the sound files are in .ogg or .m4a format?

I too have the same problem ... I put her sounds the same format that you suggested ... but not in the list ...

No, that is a different problem - if they're really in the correct formats, then you placed them in the wrong folders if they don't appear in the editor.
