How to use Iavra Text Sound

Hi I am unsure how to use a plugin. Where do I save the downloaded file? and how do I make it work? I tried saving file to se folder but it doesn't show up in RPGMMV EDIT The plugin in question is Iavra Text Sound.

@SkyePanda I am going to split your post off into its own thread and move it to Javascript/Plugin Support, as that is the place to find out how to use a plugins. For example, they are never saved to the SE folder.

Because it won't make sense without a bit more detail, I have edited your post to include the name of the plugin and a link to the original thread.
