How to show both MP & TP cost

Is there a way to show both MP and TP cost when choosing spells in battle and in menu screen with default engine? I haven't at least been able to find a setting for this. Does someone know if there is a a simple plugin (or some setting in .js files) for this? I assume some larger addon does this, but I would prefer the default engine with just this small change.
