How to make states appear in a line above battlers?

My states on enemy battlers blink on and off one by one, which is totally confusing to my simple brain. Is there a way to make states appear in a row or in a box above each enemy battler? I just want to see ALL the states at once on a battler. Thanks

only with plugins to change the battle system display
And then you'll most likely still have to set a maximum number of states, and if there are more they will scroll through the list.
