How to insert torso up sprite

    What I mean by torso up sprite does not refer to the face graphic but rather torso up graphics.How would I do this? 

    It was shown in the rpgvx ace trailer so how can I do it,Ive been trying to figure it out for a phew hours with no luck.Any advice?

    This is a hand-made version of the message box. Pretty sure it is not really possible without either pics or script editing.
