How to get my product key for XV Ace

I bought rpg maker awhile back and have since gotten a new computer and need my product key except I don't know what it is. How would I find it?

If you lost the mail with your product key, you need to contact support.
When the form asks for your key just write in zeroes.

Thanks, I thought that's what I had to do but wasn't sure what to put in the product key!

If you still have your old email, you can use the same product key you got the first time around.

Also, if you bought it from the forum store here (PRODUCTS link at the top of the page, then LOGIN and go to YOUR ACCOUNT), if you can find Ace in your purchase history, the key should be right there.
