How to find a Writer

I'm really at the end with my Latin...

I made up some Ideaas etc but i'm really not into writing and just stuck. Thats so frustrating because Story is for me one of the most important Parts. I'm even that far, willing to pay for it. So how can i find some that fits or at all?
Did someone ever had the same Problem?

post in project recruitment (free) or in classified requests (paid work) with a description of what you have so far on your game ideas. Don't forget to ask any applicants to give links to their existing writer work, and check the rules for posting in those areas before you make your posts.

or go to one of the existing writer forums on the internet and search there for someone who might be interested.

However, keep in mind that either you need a good base idea to interest a writer, or you'll have to give him more freedom to choose the story, or pay him to get him/her to write on your less than good own idea....
