How to display a text similar to the map name

Hi guys, sorry for the dumb question but I'm new to rpg maker. I would like to display an on-screen text that does not freeze the game and that does not need to be 'confirmed' by the player, similar to the map name that appears when entering a new location. Anyone can help me? Thank you
