How to change grid size in RPGMaker VX Ace editor window?

  1. Hello I have 46x64 character spritesheet. At this moment, it is only showing a part of it in the editor, however when I run my game the images are perfectly fine.



    Is there any way to change the grid size of the editor so I can see my characters fully, both in the editor and in the running game?

  3. no, and it's good that this is not possible.


    Sprite display has to be limited to a single grid cell in the editor, otherwise you wouldn't be able to click on map tiles that were covered by sprites larger than the grid.
  4. It is working the way it was designed to work. In the editor you see the position/placeholder only, and when playing you see the full sprite.


    It is not possible to change what the editor does or how it looks.
