How to change framerate to 30/60 with Yanfly's plugins?

  1. I just got a few animation packs from the shop and they say to run them at 60 FPS but I read through the readme's that came with them and even checked the demo plugin parameters but can't seem to find where to change framerate in either Yanfly's CoreEngine or BattleEngineCore.

Edit: And I'm just curious, how will changing the FPS effect the other default animations that came with RPG Maker MV?
  2. IDK how in Yanflys plugin, but for the second question, I personally run them at faster than the normal for that maker, it looks better to me and less "boring" but it kinda makes testing a bit harder because you cant change the animation rate on the animation tab.

Im not sure but I think it might also make timing your sound effects a bit harder if they are made for the default ones, since I dont think the sound speed changes with framerate
  3. If you're using Yanfly's CoreEngine plugin, it should be labelled "Animation Rate" under the "Battle" header. This will affect both the battle animations and the on-map animations when using a "Show Animation" command.
  4. Ok, thanks.
