How do you move skills up/down in the Skills settings?

I am using RPG Maker MV. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/8SOTkgk.png[/IMG] Say I want to move "Spark" from #10 up to where "Wait" (#7) is. Is there a way to do this? I try to move them by clicking and dragging however, that doesn't seem to work. Ideas?

Dragging never worked on any maker. Copy > Paste is the only way to move skills.

Ok thanks! I looked around on Google and didn't find anything so I decided to ask on here just in the off-chance that there was some kind of keyboard command :)

I know how to copy and paste >_>

I was saying that I searched on Google before asking on here if there was a method other then copy & paste and I could fine none.

So I was hoping that by asking on here someone would post a way to do what I asked.

But as you said, there isn't; the only way to do it is copy and paste.
