How do you get rid of the right mouse button's Dash feature?

I don't really want that particular feature in my game, as Dash will pretty much ruin the movement aspect of the game. So, in a nutshell, how do I get rid of it?

It looks like Yanfly's new Touch Input Disabler did what I needed. Thanks anyway.
