How do I change the menu window width?

I set my resolution to 1920 x 1080 and the window stretches and makes the hp bar very long. I want to change the window displaying descriptions, which is at the very top of the screen.

You can try SRD Super tools engine plugin, in the menu editor you can change EVERY menu of the game, you can change even the opacity of the window. Or you can try alt menus plugins.

I'm afraid those plugins might not be compatible with yanfly and moghunter plugins. Is there a line somewhere in the base code of RPG maker or yanfly engine where I can change the menu window size?

This is the only SRD plugin I use in my current project. So far it is compatible with every MOG and YEP plugin I have loaded in. Which is well above 50.

Make a copy of your project, then load it in and see if it works for you.

it wont even let me access the title screen
