  1. Hi there, i'm fairly new but I have the basics down to VX Ace. Well, the stock tilesets are nice and all but i'm making a futuristic sci-fi/cyberpunk game and I need futuristic/cyberpunk tilesets, animations, characters, etc. etc. I was wondering if there were any packs such as this and if there is, how exactly would I install them to add onto the existing tilesets (but not replace the stock tilesets)?
  2. You can add properly formatted tilesets using the resource manager in VX Ace. There is a Futuristic Tile Pack in the store. You can also check out Grannydeb's futuristic/modern list for free tiles. http://www.rpgmakervx.net/index.php?showtopic=54606

When looking for graphical resources, Granny's Lists are always a good place to start.  Here is the link to her modern and futuristic resources http://www.rpgmakervx.net/index.php?showtopic=54606

You can add more tilesets by changing the maximum number of tilesets (button in the lower left area of the database)

The shop contains several modern/futuristic tileset packs, or you can search for GrandmaDeb's lists here on this forum to get free tilesets of any kind.
  5. Is there a way to add in your own custom title music?
  6. yes, you can set the music for almost every part in the database, and add more music files in the resource manager.

I suggest you follow the link in my signature and work through the basic tutorials, as your questions show that you haven't even looked at most of the editor's windows and commands. Most of such questions are usually solved a lot faster by working through the tutorials.
  7. Moving this to resource requests.
