This only happens with one event. Is it because there's too many things on it?
BTW sorry for asking so many questions I just need this game to be perfect :)
How come the screen goes black when the player gets transfered somewhere?

No, the fade is dependent on what you tell the transfer to do. If that happens in only one event, then only in this event you set the fade to "normal" (which is the default) while in all other transfer events you manually disabled the fade.
Just edit the transfer command to set the fade to whatever you want it to be. -
You can actually set it up to take the whole fade out if you want to.
