How can I fly to another map with my airship?

I don't know how to make this.

All you need to do is to have an event set to player touch and have it transfer player. :p Unless you're trying to make a map transfer that only works when you're in the airship, in which case I think you need scripts, which I don't know how to do. But when you're in an airship, your "through" is on, so you could just add impassible tiles between where you can go and where you want the airship map transfer to be.
