Miro Converter is the easiest to use one that I know of http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/, otherwise, VLC has media transcoding capabilities too.

I sure hope "I'm tired of searching" means that you've spent a good amount of time searching and have come up with nothing, rather than "I can't be bothered searching - you do it for me".
