  1. 12 Days of Resources
    ~Day 10~

We're nearing the end of releases, so say hello to our last batch of pigfolk! These lil' guys are dressed in well-made robes, so maybe they run the local church or offer up powerful healing spells to those who need them.

    Happy game making! :ptea:
  2. Loved all the Pigfolk and Foxfolk. I am going to sprinkle them in different villages and whatnot throughout my game.

Or do strange incantations to create apple sauce as a way of cursing their enemies.

    apple sauce
Thought I'd better put a little explanation. In the UK we often eat pork with apple sauce. Also with this being in a spoiler, the pigfolk might not notice and get upset.

The US is no stranger to pork and apple sauce. Pork chops are well known to pair well with it.

Glad to see nobody was crabby about that enemy sprite! :rwink:

:kaojoy: It's Advent calendar time! :kaojoy:

We have another base release today, and it's one I'm quite happy with!

    Day 12: Cane Bases!
Our lovely granny and gramps both were hunched over and using a cane, which doesn't come with MZ by default. So I made them! Now you can make your own cane-wielding grandparents, or show how an injury has affected the town elder.

But that's not all! Leg injuries aren't limited to old folks, so I also made a version for MZ's normal sprites! Give your characters a cane to help them get around and add some new npcs who can tell your heroes about how they used to be adventurers until they took an arrow to the knee.

Hey I'm new sorry but how do I use these bases with the generator? where do I place it for it to show up in the char generator
  6. Such cuties! I can't believe it's almost Christmas... then after that, my Jewish therapist (really nice guy BTW) will be lighting the first candle on his menorah.
I might need some excuse to use those pigs and foxes now. I want to use them so bad! Now let's see what else we get for the final two days. I'm guessing more foxfolk and another set of windowskins, judging from the pattern. Also, is there anything planned for the 25th (Christmas Day)?

I'm no apple sauce fan, but I do love a good pork chop. And I do enjoy another combination of apples and pork: applewood smoked bacon!

    ~Day 11~

Our last set of foxes is here, and they're all decked out in their fanciest of robes. Maybe they help run the local church, or these are the bandits we met before after changing their ways (or robbing enough people to become rich themselves)!

  8. Does this make you a foxy lady?

You don't - these are the wrong body shape to use with the clothing in the character generator.

They're base bodies for you to draw on top of in an image editor.

oh I see thanks. Guess its more for artists
  11. @Shadowz Whoops, I missed you first post. As Turan said, those bases aren't made for the generator. Though for the adult bases the default clothing almost fits, so you could dress them up even with limited art skills.

    12 Days of Resources
    ~Day 12~

It feels like this just started, but we're already at the end of my 12 Days of Resources! Let's end this how December started: with another windowskin and buttonset!

Gleaming golden gears are perfect for any game inspired by steampunk.

No windowskin release would be complete without some extra recolors!

Have a Happy Christmas, and I hope you get a good time of rest/relaxation with the people whose company you enjoy.

I wasn't able to make a lot of new things this year, but I wanted to drop one last batch of resources as a present. So here are 10 more recolors of my windowskins and buttons just in case the earlier ones weren't quite what you had on your list!

  19. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, hiddenone! This calendar has been both adorable with the animal folk and ultra exiting with the window skins! I think window skins are such an essential and simple resource for mixing up the look and feel of games. I’m giddy that there are so many to choose from! Thank you~

I make apple butter from out orchard that my neighbor loves to steal for her pork/ham every holiday season. At first I thought "well, that's odd.. but to each their own", then I tried it. It's a wonderful combo!! I would definitely encourage trying the apple sauce/pork combo folks!

Aside from that.. LOVE THE ANTHROKIDS!!! Little piggie kids running all around??? What?? Unparalleled cuteness. Great work!
