I really want rpg maker for android so android not bad at all hmm and i know rpg maker not hard and not easy but i really tired there must be rpg maker for android

Sorry, no, that's the only version for mobile. I think some have found a way to use it on tablets, but I'm not certain on that. You'd have to do a search.

Surprisingly, demand for that is much lower than you think. That's probably why it hasn't happened.

From my experience trying to do other dev stuff on a phone, cellphones just aren't powerful enough yet to be good for developing and the stuff that does exist is slow and clunky and awkward as a result of trying to work around the limited processor. So I think that even if you had something, it wouldn't be a satisfying experience.

It may not be for mobile phones, however there is an rpg maker available for both the original ds and a version for the 3ds if you have either of those consoles.
