Help with Victor's Cooperation Skills

Hello again. I am using Victor Sant's Cooperative Skills script, and I am looking for something i can add to it that makes it so the cooperative skills require both actors knowing the cooperative skill in order for it to be used. I do not want the skills usable if only one of the two actors knows the skill.
