Help with sprites/tile sets.

Anybody know how to make tile sets and sprites? Im making a game called tankbox. Its from a series my friend is making. (also idk if this should be in the right forum post or not)

you open the image program of your choice (gimp or photoshop or whatever), set the image size to the format you need and the grid to the cell size you want, and then start drawing.

if you want a more detailed help you need to ask more detailed questions, like what your problem with sprite making is...

Oh, right sorry...I was asking if someone can make tilesets and sprites. I can do the coding and face making... (sorry i wasen't specific)

some people can do - but it is a lot of work, and you're unlikely to get much for free unless it already exists.
small and free requests go to resource request subforum, and you'll need to be specific on what exactly you want.

for large and free requests, you need to use project recruitment and follow its rules - and basically you'll need a very good story to be able to find someone.

for paid commissions, there is the classifieds subforum - which is still unvisible to you until you reach veteran rank (shortly after 30 posts), and then it's usually around several dollars per tile depending on details.
