Help With Edit to Item Screen

Hey guys,

So I'm looking for help figuring out how to delete a particular sub-menu under the Item menu. I'm using the Yanfly menu sytem but I've been using it for so long that I'm not sure if this particular menu is something added/edited by that or was present in the vanilla version.

Anyway, when I click on an item to use it, it brings up a submenu on the right side of the screen where I can choose which party member to use the item on. My game does not involve other party members, so I'd like to delete that menu entirely and just make it so that when players select an item in the inventory it just uses that item without further prompting (alternatively, a small menu that just says something like "Use" and "Cancel" would work as well.)

Any help on finding/safely deleting this sub-menu would be appreciated.

EDIT: For reference, here is a screenshot of the sub-menu I want removed (the one coming from the right of the screen letting you select a party member to use the item on).

This should be a fairly easy mod.


Can you post a link to the script? We just need to see if Yanfly overwrites or aliases any of the methods that need to be changed - if not, it's just a change to the default scripts.

I asked for a link, not for the script. I won't go into the numerous reasons for it - just know, we don't like people putting scripts into their posts, and almost ALWAYS want you to provide a link to the original instead.


So, again, please provide a link to the script - preferably to the blog entry or forum post where the script creator introduced the script.
