Help with animation

Hello guys, Im making a new battle system on rm2k3, because I formatted my computer and forgot to save the project (yes, clap for me). I had this same problem on my old BS and have the same problem now: when I attack a monster, it shines, but sometimes the flash goes to fast. Look the video below: The animation of the hero too, sometimes works fine, sometimes no. Anyone knows how to fix that? I want exactly the last attack on the video.
