Help, I can't Remember!!

I remember when I was younger, there was an Anime with a theme similar to Power Rangers ( or maybe even Knights of the Zodiac?).

It was about these Gems, colors of the rainbow and junk and they'd transform into some stronger, suited version of themselves. The lead character was a blonde male. And I think there was a butler? Some old man he was acquainted with. The only scene I can remember is when he was trying to take a bath. At first he was staring at a barrel filled with practically no water and he and the old man were thinking, "Maybe the water will rise with both of us in it?". 

Later on he found a normal bath or something, and the bad guys were trying to look through his things while he was busy. Little did they know, he used the Ruby as a bath plug.

It's been bugging me for years, and I hate it. XD
