  2. Can you show a screenshot of what you see before the crash?
  3. there are exactly three reasons why a crash can happen:

    1) the program itself has been damaged on download
In case of steam, that usually indicates that the steam download cache has been damaged as well, so the steps to solve this case would be to deinstall RMMV, then clear the steam download cache through the steam help/settings and then install it again.

    2) a background program is blocking the editor
In most cases this is an anti-malware program detecting a false-positive, and in this case you need to identify which program it is and whitelist RMMV there.
But it can also be something else - for example there have been cases where a video capture program attached itself to steam and automatically launched itself for easier recording of Let's Plays whenever a steam-"game" is launched. That had blocked RMVXA in several cases, but I haven't heard the same for RMMV yet.

    3) video driver problem
Much rarer would be a problem with your video driver from your graphics card - that usually results in a whitescreen instead of a crash, but it is a possibility.
In this case you need to update your video driver to the newest one, and if you have one of the computers that have two grpahics cards installed then you have to make sure that both drivers are updated and that RMMV is assigned to the 2D-card for display, not the 3D-variant.
  4. Solve, it was my video driver problem. the rare problem T_T its fixed after i re-instal video driver.

Anyway thanks, you save me :)
