  1. Hi guys!

As the name implies you can just call me Cam. I have been using RPG Maker since RMXP, and with the release of RMMV (The RM I've been waiting for for years) I have begun development for a commercial project that I plan to keep on a very low radar until there is something to show everyone. I will be seeking anyone interested to support the game because I believe a team can bring a lot of great things and different perspectives to the table, but because this IS the internet I intend to protect my game while it is still so early in development (Not that I think anyone would do that, just avoiding a ty situation lol). Anyway, I do plan to assist people in the forums with storylines, general concepts and designs, and any other help I can offer.

I'm here for the long haul, so I look forward to getting to know you guys   BD
  2. Well, welcome!

I wish you the best of luck with your project. When it's further along I hope to see it out there!
  3. Hey nice to meet you. Welcome to the community and good luck with your game!
  4. Heya, welcome to the forums.

It's okay to be protective of your work/concepts. However, in the long run, you're at greater risk of hurting yourself and your progress than at getting the entire thing "ripped off". At the least you'll want to really hone in on how to make a very good concept pitch that summarizes your title. That'll help you to explain what you intend to make, give you a great head start on your project thread, and will be something openly shared that you can build on in more detail with your team in private.

    Good luck.
  5. Thanks everybody!

    Zortik,

Yes I've already begun drafting an appropriate pitch. I've done hours upon hours of research and I'm a business major (Marketing/Finance) so I know my way around a formal project launch  :p  But thank you for your insight! I look forward to seeing you around
