I've noticed, that there is some type of tradition, that freshmen greet at least one other freshmen so... hi. Gonna look up for your game (greet other fellow newcomer - checked).

There's so many ways to make a game, good luck and have fun making your first. :)
There lots of nice assets in the forum resource if you need them. Check the RPG Maker VX/Ace Resources in Resource showcase here in the forums :D

Free, community made and so many things that can give you more ideas for your first game. You can also join in Project Recruitment ( In games development). Look around the forums to see what there is! There's many things to see but you'll find your way around :)
