Hello RPG Maker Community!

Good to meet you all!  My name is Eric and I'm happy to be here.  I have no idea if I'll make a decent game creator, but I'm following my dream to at least give it a try.

I have 1 game out there already, though it's just a crappy little mobile game.  First attempts don't usually go as planned after all.  But I feel this attempt will be different!

I found RPG Maker VX Ace on Steam, and thought why not?  I haven't messed with it too much yet, but it looks like it's an amazing tool.  At the moment I'm working on documenting the game I want to make with it.  So far the story is finished though I'll likely make a tweek or two, I have characters (Good and Evil), side characters, a very vague idea of how the world map would be layed out, and if it's shaping up well, it should wind up being at least a 30+ hour story, might reach in the 40+ hours.  Taking all of the random battles into consideration of course lol.  I'm excited to get all of the details on my game worked out so I can start development!  But I still have quite a bit to figure out.  The game is going to be called Accrue's End.  I look forward to sharing more about it with you all as it progresses!

if you ever want someone to brainstorm up a few character concepts, or just see what I come up with based on the details, lemme know and I'll see what I can do! :)

Good to hear that you are already planning on your first project.

I will just point out that we have great tutorials on the forums that you should check out to help you understand your program better.

Don't be afraid to post your questions on the relevant threads whenever you need help. The community doesn't bite.... too hard. ^^
