Hello and welcome!
There's a bunch of ways to learn on here, and not just on the basic 'how to' use a program. Tips and advice for story telling, and more waiting to be read. Make good use of the resources and learn all the things :)

Nice to meet you. You will learn a lot. I suggest tutorial section if you are new to RPG Maker.
