Having a tileset issue, please help

The issue I am having is in the pictures linked. The top image is a map in the editor and the bottom is the same map in a gameplay test. Any ideas how I can get this fixed? If you need more info or if the image link does not work please let me know. Also I sincerely apologize if this is posted in the wrong section, I know that can be irritating to mods. In case the other doesn't work
