Haven't got e-mail after buiyng VNM

Hi. I bouht VNM today. (ORDER , Order Date: 2018-11-15) I wait more than 5 hours, but still haven't got the e-mail with serial number and stuff. I also can't get in touch with support, as soon as S/N is needed for this. Help? UPD: Please delete this. I've found my S/N in the store. But sltill haven't got the e-mail

if you purchased the program in the webshop here, the key should be in the account even if there is a problem with the email.
just login and check.
