  1. Lovely! Just Lovely!

The story actually sounds like it will go somewhere and all of the character descriptions are fantastic!

To accompany the story and characters, theres beautiful maps full of flavor!

In all this game is a good one to keep an eye on.
  2. Thanks cosmos. The story and caracters are a major focus for me in this game. I wanted to create a unique story unlike traditional RPGs and memorable characters too. Being a steampunk/fantasy game really allows me to explore some cool and wacky ideas.
  3. Been awhile since I posted here so it's time for a little update:

Mapping for the demo is 100% complete. Story and eventing is around 80%. And I've still got a bit of tweaking to do with the battle system and some character art to finish off.

It's all finally coming together nicely so I would expect to finished around the mid year mark if all goes well.
  4. Holy great mapping batman. Definitely putting this one on my to-do list!
  5. This looks great. I love the story and the maps are beautiful! I'm looking forward to play the demo :)
  6. The maps are excellent for they are well constructed, atmospheric and capture the steampunk spirit.  I can't wait for the demo, good job!
  7. Now that I've finished all the mapping in the demo, I've been concentrating on character art:

  8. I don't know why but this just looks amazing
  9. The maps do look great. Great logo too.
  10. The mapping here is great! Could you ever make a tutorial on how you do your water and the edging for it? It is something i am struggling with when i parallax.
  11. Thanks guys.

@stridah. I've had afew people ask me to do a mapping tutorial. It's something I will get around to soon hopefully.

Right now I'm concentrating on releasing the demo which is very close to finished. :)
  12. This is badass! This is a flawless steampunk RPG I saw after whiles.
  13. This game looks great, and I love the steampunk aesthetic.

    I can't wait to try a demo!
  14. The time has come! Go, my fell legion! Show these fools what it means to truly have power to be feared! Let the people's desperate cries fill the air!

  16. Strangely enough I was looking at this thread before the demon hunting contest because your mapping was so well done.  Your work with the environment enriching the setting before even the first word of the story is spoken or a demo is released, and that is a very powerful element to have.  My own struggles with mapping have taught me how valuable a skill it is to have, and I am definitely looking forward to the demo.
